Titan Coatings®  – Refund Policy and Terms of Sale

Titan Coatings, LLC (“Titan Coatings®”) is pleased to offer our website (https://titancoatings.com) (the “Site”) as a service to our customers. Please review the following Terms of Sale which govern the purchase and return of products through the Site (this “Agreement”).

IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS LEGALLY BINDING TERMS REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

BY PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, OUR PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS OF USE, AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE WRITTEN AGREEMENTS REGARDING OUR PRODUCTS.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. PLEASE REVIEW IT REGULARLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER.

1. Orders and Acceptance

All Site orders constitute offers to purchase products under this Agreement. Titan Coatings® reserves the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion. A binding sales contract is formed only once you receive a formal order confirmation from us via email. Orders may be cancelled by you at any time prior to confirmation by contacting support@titancoatings.com.

2. Pricing and Payment

Product pricing is determined at the time of your order and confirmed in your email receipt. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

By placing an order, you warrant that:

  • All payment information provided is accurate;

  • You are authorized to use the payment method;

  • Your payment will be honored by your payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if payment is not received or authorized.

3. Errors and Inaccuracies

Titan Coatings® makes every effort to ensure accuracy but reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time. This includes cancelling orders that may have been affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within 2–4 business days (excluding holidays). Delivery time within the U.S. is typically under 7 business days. International orders may take up to 3–5 weeks. All shipments include tracking.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Titan Coatings® is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Reshipping fees apply to returned or undeliverable orders.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Titan Coatings® offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on a single bottle of chemical product.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of shipment.

  • Only one opened chemical product is eligible per customer.

  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products marked as non-returnable.

  • Orders with free promotional items.

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids).

  • Gift cards, sale items, bulk bundles, or kits with more than one bottle.

  • Items returned after 30 days or with no remaining product.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email support@titancoatings.com and send your item to the return address above.

6. Unauthorized Sellers

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for refunds, warranty claims, or support. To verify a seller, contact us directly at support@titancoatings.com.

7. Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will go to the original payment method.

8. Limited Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS.” TITAN COATINGS® DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TITAN COATINGS® OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Compliance with Laws

You agree not to resell or export Titan Coatings® products and to comply with all U.S. laws and regulations governing such purchases.

11. Personal Information

Any personal information submitted through the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. All legal actions must be brought exclusively in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

YOU AND TITAN COATINGS® AGREE TO BINDING ARBITRATION FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO PRODUCT PURCHASES. This excludes small claims and is subject to AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Titan Coatings® will cover consumer filing fees unless otherwise required.

14. Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND TITAN COATINGS® AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, AND NOT IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

15. Assignment and Waiver

You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent. Titan Coatings®’ failure to enforce any term shall not be a waiver of that right in the future.

16. Severability

If any term of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full effect.
